Michelle Zurcher, Attorney at Law
Michelle Zurcher is the founder of Lasting Legacies Law Firm, where she focuses on estate planning, trust administration, and probate law in Arizona. Licensed in both Arizona and North Dakota, Michelle brings a unique blend of legal expertise, business strategy, and compassionate client service to every family and business she serves.
With experience spanning estate planning, previous international business law, road construction, farming, and complex multi-jurisdictional legal matters, Michelle has advised clients ranging from individuals and family businesses to organizations and beyond.
Michelle is known for her collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and ability to simplify complex legal issues so clients feel informed and confident throughout the planning process. Prior to founding her firm, she served in private practice as an attorney, business development, and community leadership roles throughout Arizona and North Dakota, and internationally in China.
She earned her Juris Doctor with an International Law concentration from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Music Therapy.
Outside of her legal practice, Michelle is active in singing in her church’s contemporary worship band, the State Bar of Ethics Advisory Group as a Board Member, State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization Estate and Trust Advisory Commission as a Board Member, the Risen Savior Church and School Foundation as a Board Member, local women’s leadership organizations, and community education initiatives.
Michelle is married to a former Marine and has one son and two bonus daughters. She likes to spend her time on a lake or an ocean, baking, cooking, boating, traveling, tending to her plants and spending time with family and friends.
